"Fuck." Julian snapped as he dropped his bag on his foot, the heavy object crushing his toe. He sat on the fold up bed in the middle of the loft, holding his foot. Removing his shoe and sock, he saw the black and blue skin, rubbing it gentley. "Jesus, do my clothes really weigh that much?" He chuckled, putting his shoe on and limping over to the counter where his cat sat, wagging his tail. He put out enough food for him to eat for the week while he'd be gone, then he threw his bag over his shoulder, looking around the tiny room to make sure he didn't forget anything.

Robbie was walked down the street, glancing over at an apartment building. His old friend Julian lived there, he hadn't seen him in a while. He entered the building and headed up to the flat he knew to be Julian's.
He knocked on the door, knowing it was not like he'd been invited.
