Outfit::::www.polyvore.com/leola_bookstore_outfit/set?id=7096878 It was a peaceful friday afternoon in Soho. There was a steady stream of people walking up and down the streets. The weather was quite lovely with a gentle breeze. Leola was waiting in the door frame of her shop for the delivery man to show up. Her orange cat, Griffin, was by her heels and rubbing up against her legs. "Right on time" Leola grinned as the UPS truck parked in front of her shop. She was expecting a shipment of books that came from Egypt, which was one of her favorite places to study about. Leola was faun of the goddess Isis. That was her goddess to which she was a follower of. Leola signed the form and lead the man into the shop and asked him to leave the box on the counter. Once he left her alone in the shop, Leola took the box cutter and opened it. A cloud of dust hit her nose and caused her to sneeze. She waved away the dust and got a better look at her shipment.

alice made her way down the bustling street, humming a tune she had heard on the radio this morning. She was going to surprise Jasper with the book that he had been looking at for the past couple of days. Everytime they walked into the shop he would make a beeline to the history section and pick up one book. It was the same book every day, but he couldnt bring himself to get it. It was a massive book on the civil war, it talked about his division for a couple of chapters.
Alice glided into the store and gave the storekeep and smile. It was the art teacher if she recalled. She made her way to the history section as she had seen Jasper do many times in the past week. Alice picked up the large book and flipped through it quickly, her photographic memory taking over. She smiled and started to head towards the register. Alice stopped in her tracks as a premonition overtook her body.
Alice came back to earth and ran over at lightinging speed over to the book. "Don't open that." She said pushing the box across the room. Alice glared at the box before turning to Alex and Leola. Alice realized that she would have to explain her actions to them. " Ha hem, Well, you really don't want to open that. Just take my advice." She said offhandidly. She placed the large book on the counter and smiled.

Alex lifted an eyebrow at this strange, yet pretty girl as she pushed the box away from Leola.
"Um, ok then? Why shouldn't we open the box?" Alex said, stepping closer to the box as she spoke.

"Just trust me. Pack it up send it away. Throw it in the river for all I care." Alic said smiling. She pushed to book closer to the register hopping the get back home in time for the game. Alice took a look around the snug little store, realizing why Japser liked this place so much. It was okay, but she would rather shop in clothing stores. Alice turned back to the girl and gave her a dazzling smile, hopping to sidestep her questions.
"So you're Alex right?" She asked, putting on her charm. "I think I've seen you around school." She said in a melodic tone.

Her voice sounds like a frickin harp! Alex thought, and shook her head, breaking out of her thoughts. "Um, yeah. Alex Banks."
She answered, using her foster name, since that's what everyone knows her by.
"And you are....?" Alex said, tring to figure it out but having trouble doing so.

"Alice" She said, not bothering to give her last name. She knew she had the poor girl hooked. Emmet would say that she was using her powers for evil. She smiled at the thought and turned her attention back to Alex. She seemed like a nice enough girl, but Alice hardly knew of her. She was perfectly content spending time with her family. No need to complicate things with humans..again.

"Alice" The girl answered, and Alex smiled.
Haha. Alex-Alice. We could be sisters! Psht! Wow. Alex thought, then snapped out of it.
"Cool. So, are you new to The Parthenon?" Alex asked, glancing to Leola to make sure she was still there, then looking back to Alice.

Leola had taken out a leather bound book with strange hieroglyphics branded into the cover of it. She was examining the book when she heard a bubbly voice from the other side of the counter. "Hey Leola!" She lowered the book and grinned at one of her favorite customers and students. "Hello Alex, my dear" She always loved how full of live Alex was. The energy that radiated from her was just beautiful. Leola went back to examining the book. The bell on the door rang again meaning another customer stepped inside. Leola's fingers ran down the spine of the book and then onto the lock that locked the pages together. Her index finger moved to open it but she stopped when she heard an angelic voice tell her, ""Don't open that." Leola looked up from the book and saw a pixie-like girl walk up to the counter with a large Civil War book. Leola stared at the girl for several moments. There was something off with the girl. It wasn't physically but something to do with her energy. Leola didn't know what it was and so acted like nothing was wrong. "May I ask why do you feel so strongly about this book?" Leola was intrigued as to why.

Alex just stood there and watched as this crazy young woman put up a fuss about a book.
"It's just a book." Alex said, but, she had to admitt, the book was rather strange looking.
Besides, if it was a book for witches, then Leola could do whatever she wanted to, since, she was a witch just like the girls were.

Rosalie walked into the bookstore, her intentions being to find a book to spend her time with. But as soon as she saw her sister she ducked under an aisle. She was the dumb blond of course. So, seeing the 'dumb blond' in a book store would be a sight. She hid there listening to what the girls in the bookstore were saying, and making sure Alice didn't catch sight or scent of her. While she was listening, she flipped through a magazine for people passing by to see.

After Alice had checked out her book and left, Alex smiled at Leola and decided to stroll through the books and magazines.
When she came down the magazine isle, stopping when she saw a beautiful, pale blonde girl flipping through a 17 magazine.
She was slender, and well built. She looked elegant and beautiful, but under her eyes were dark circles, probably from sleep deprivation. Alex noticed that she looked like she was trying to hide in the magazine and smirked, slowly stepping over to the girl with a small smile.
"You know, if you want to hide, I find that the bigger books work best." She said, still taking in the pale girl's beauty, but not staring.

Rosalie sighed when she saw Alice leave, then jumped when someone spoke. She put the magazine back on the stand and turned toward the girl. She was pretty, not as pretty as Rosalie, but pretty. Rosalie rolled her eyes at the girl's statement.
"Sorry, trying to hide from my sister, grabbed the first thing in sight." She pushed a few strands of hair out her face, and reminded herself not to breathe. She mentally told herself to go hunting later. She shifted her weight to her right foot, and looked at the girl.

Alex forced back a laugh when the girl jumped, but instead just smiled.
Alex lifted an eyebrow.
"Your sister? Oh, that weird one! Yeah, I don't know if you've noticed, but, your sister's kinda crazy about people opening certain books. Oh, um, no offence." Alex said, giggling whe she recalled the Pixie looking girl from earlier, then realizing she might not think so.

Rosalie looked at her, and made another mental note to talk to Alice about that.
"We all can be a little crazy sometimes. I'm Rosalie by the way. Rosalie Hale." She held out her hand to shake the other girl's. While speaking her eyes looked around and found the book in question. It was strange, but Rosalie thought nothing of it. Her eyes returned to the girl's in front of her.
"And your name is?"
