Meri sighed. She was suppose to practice her magic but she didn't find the energy to practice her Magic. For a junior, she was talented, very talented. She just didn't feel like working with new spells. So instead, she performed her old ones, ones she already knew and mastered. She still didn't know what to do when she heard the SNAP of a twig. 'Oh...what was that?' she heard herself ask in her head. She shrugged it off and continued to play. When she heard it again, she stopped "Come out already!" she commanded of the new arrival.

Gia had gone to the park to relax and let the calm of nature wash off the frustrations of school. And to erase the memory of a side of Mr. D she never wanted to see, but that was something else entirely. While she'd been relaxing under a tree, she'd felt a pull in her gut. She wasn't sure what it was, but she felt like it was magic so she followed the pull. Then she came upon the girl, praticing magic in the open.
"Come out already!" she shouted. Gia cringed in embarrassment. Clearly, hiding and watching this girl was not a good way to introduce herself. Taking a breath, she stepped out from her hiding place with the trees and smiled sheepishly.
"Sorry," she apologized and walked over. "I didn't mean to spy or scare you or anything, I just...I felt something and decided to investigate. You're a witch, too?"

Meri looked at her "Yea..one of the few pure witches left." she said. She sighed, it was sad that not many pure witches were still around. It sorta hurt to know and understand it. But duty calls. With a sigh, she returned to reality. "So what brings you here?" she asked as she looked at her.
